VINEYARD STAFF
Jamie Bertsch
Children’s DIRECTOR
& Creative Director
Jamie is a maker. Motivated by her reverence for design and penchant for using her hands as a tool— she finds inspiration in life’s simply profound moments. She loves spending time with her husband Joe, and their two girls— and wants all kids to know that when God calls them to small and mighty things, they can say YES! Forever living out a childlike faith.
Things she loves: Winter, dinner parties, candlelight, storytelling, coffee, porch sitting, flowers, fibers, language, poetics, space, comforts of home.
Julie Lanham
Administrator
Julie has a heart to serve. Before becoming Administrator, she volunteered her time throughout Vineyard serving in small groups, finance & wherever she was needed. She and her husband, Pastor Tom, live in Port Washington. They have two grown children, two grandchildren, & a perfect dog Norbert! Julie enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, crocheting, sewing, and all sorts of crafts.
TOM LANHAM
CO-LEAd pastor
Tom serves as the co-Lead Pastor at Vineyard Church, where he helps guide the spiritual direction of the church and care for its people through teaching, leadership, and discipleship. In addition to his pastoral role, Tom also volunteers in various ways—serving on the Board and as one of the Elders—bringing wisdom, vision, and a servant’s heart to each area.
Originally from Northwest Indiana, Tom had a strong foundation of faith growing up, especially through his involvement in youth group. As an adult, he felt a deep hunger to know Jesus more personally and to understand what it truly means to have a relationship with Him—something that has shaped his life and ministry ever since.
Tom is married to Julie, and together they are blessed with two children and two wonderful grandchildren who bring great joy to their lives. He’s passionate about classic cars, flying, and lifelong learning, and he brings that same sense of curiosity and passion to his leadership and relationships within the Vineyard community.
PAT MULCAHY
CO-LEAD PASTOR
Pat is the founding pastor of Vineyard Church and has worn many hats over the years—from shaping the church’s overall vision, to teaching, to leading the staff team. His steady leadership and heart for discipleship have been foundational to the life and growth of the Vineyard community.
Originally from Melrose, WI, and raised primarily in Madison, Pat became a follower of Jesus during the charismatic renewal of the 1970s. Several high school classmates shared their faith with him and encouraged him in his walk with Christ—an experience that left a lasting impact.
Pat has been married to Lisa since 1979, and together they have four adult children and (so far) five grandchildren. He treasures time with family and finds joy in simple pleasures—reading, hiking, birding, and kayaking. Pat continues to be a faithful presence and wise guide within the church, helping others grow in faith and follow Jesus wholeheartedly.
FOX SLIFE
facilities manager
My focus is to help make Vineyard a clean and welcoming place for everyone who walks through our doors. I’m originally from Virginia, and my journey with Jesus began when I started reading Scripture for myself. Coming from an atheist household, I had never heard many of the life-changing truths found in the Bible. That simple act—opening God's Word—was the best thing I’ve ever done.
Outside of church, I work as a videographer and editor, creating content for commercials, films, YouTube, and more. Whether I’m behind a camera or helping keep our church space inviting, I love using my gifts to serve others and point them to something greater.
TRACY STRICKLAND
OUTREACH COORDINATOR
Tracy serves as an Elder at Vineyard Church, where she helps guide the spiritual vision and direction of the community alongside a dedicated leadership team. As the Community Outreach & Events Coordinator, she loves creating welcoming spaces—both within the church and in the broader community—where people can experience the love and truth of God’s Word.
Tracy also serves on the Care Team, offering prayer, encouragement, and practical support to those in need. Originally from Mequon, WI, Tracy has been a follower of Jesus for as long as she can remember, but her faith truly came alive when she became part of Vineyard about seven years ago. Through worship, small groups, and serving, her relationship with God and the Holy Spirit has grown deeper and more personal.
Outside of church, Tracy works full-time at Kohl’s Corporate. She and her husband, Ron, were married in 2013 and live in Grafton with their two children—Mia (born in 2015) and Judah (born in 2021)—as well as their cat, Vic. Tracy enjoys jigsaw puzzles, listening to audiobooks, and crocheting in her downtime. She’s also an active volunteer at her kids' school and co-leads the Scholastic Book Fair. Tracy and her family are on a mission to visit all 50 states together, and they cherish their time with close friends—whether that’s at book club, game nights, or around a backyard fire. With extended family nearby, their lives are full of meaningful connections and shared memories.
