DO YOU EVER FEEL STUCK?

Not sure how to move forward? Maybe it’s with parenting your kids, or with your career. Or it could be in your spiritual life, or your finances, or almost any area at all in your life. If so, you might want to consider receiving coaching! Coaching involves having a trained coach come alongside you, to help you see more clearly both where you are now, and where you want to be. They will help you discover pathways between those two points.

WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaches are not counselors, or teachers, or mentors. Their job isn’t to fix you or make you feel better. Rather than tell you what you should do, through listening and asking good questions, a coach will help you realize what you want to do. That’s why a coach doesn’t need to be an expert in the area for which you want coaching.

A coach can provide you with accountability for the decisions you make. They help you take responsibility for your own life. They will encourage you on your journey, as you move towards your goals. Coaching usually involves meeting once per month for a set number of months. Coaching sessions typically last an hour or less, and they can be done in person or online.

At Vineyard Church, we currently have two trained coaches available: Pat Mulcahy, and Rhonda Curran. If you would like to establish a coaching relationship, or just get more information, contact either Pat or Rhonda!
