TYLER BROWN
ELDER
Tyler serves as a member of the Elder Board at Vineyard Church, bringing thoughtful leadership and a deep love for the local church. Though his faith journey has taken him through many different church contexts, the Lord has continually drawn him back to the Vineyard movement—a connection that began in 5th grade when he first started attending a Vineyard church.
Originally from Phoenix, AZ, Tyler grew up in the church and has remained rooted in his faith through the years. He currently works as a software product manager and finds joy in using both his technical and relational skills to build meaningful solutions.
Outside of work and church, Tyler enjoys music, fishing, and taking motorcycle rides. He and his wife, Natalie, have four children and love doing life together as a family, grounded in faith and community.
RHONDA CURRAN
ELDER
Rhonda serves on both the Elder Team and the Youth Leader Team at Vineyard Church. With a heart for the next generation and a passion for spiritual leadership, she loves helping others grow in their relationship with Jesus and discover their unique place in God’s story.
Originally from “Heaven,” Rhonda’s faith journey began when her husband’s grandma lovingly introduced her to Jesus—along with a few good books—and encouraged her to follow Him wholeheartedly. That simple, faithful act changed the course of her life.
Outside of church, Rhonda is married to Kevin, and together they have three amazing adult children: Tyler, Caleb, and Emma. She enjoys reading, cheering on her favorite football teams, and diving into just about any craft project she can get her hands on.
Rhonda brings joy, creativity, and genuine care to every space she's in—whether leading youth, crafting at home, or connecting with others in the Vineyard community.
TOM LANHAM
ELDER
Tom serves as the co-Lead Pastor at Vineyard Church, where he helps guide the spiritual direction of the church and care for its people through teaching, leadership, and discipleship. In addition to his pastoral role, Tom also volunteers in various ways—serving on the Board and as one of the Elders—bringing wisdom, vision, and a servant’s heart to each area.
Originally from Northwest Indiana, Tom had a strong foundation of faith growing up, especially through his involvement in youth group. As an adult, he felt a deep hunger to know Jesus more personally and to understand what it truly means to have a relationship with Him—something that has shaped his life and ministry ever since.
Tom is married to Julie, and together they are blessed with two children and two wonderful grandchildren who bring great joy to their lives. He’s passionate about classic cars, flying, and lifelong learning, and he brings that same sense of curiosity and passion to his leadership and relationships within the Vineyard community.
LISA MULCAHY
ELDER
Lisa served as the Co-Lead Pastor with Pat for many years after they started Vineyard Church together. She continues to serve on the Elder Team, and is also in charge of the nursery.
Lisa grew up in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and when she was about 15 years old, gave her life to Jesus after hearing Pastor Stuart Briscoe from Elmbrook Church talk about how to have a personal relationship with Jesus.
After meeting Pat at a Bible study at UW-Madison in 1976, we became friends and then got married in 1979. They now have four married adult children and five grandchildren. Lisa enjoys taking walks, asking questions, and reading (preferably while eating something delicious).
PAT MULCAHY
ELDER
Pat is the founding pastor of Vineyard Church and has worn many hats over the years—from shaping the church’s overall vision, to teaching, to leading the staff team. His steady leadership and heart for discipleship have been foundational to the life and growth of the Vineyard community.
Originally from Melrose, WI, and raised primarily in Madison, Pat became a follower of Jesus during the charismatic renewal of the 1970s. Several high school classmates shared their faith with him and encouraged him in his walk with Christ—an experience that left a lasting impact.
Pat has been married to Lisa since 1979, and together they have four adult children and (so far) five grandchildren. He treasures time with family and finds joy in simple pleasures—reading, hiking, birding, and kayaking. Pat continues to be a faithful presence and wise guide within the church, helping others grow in faith and follow Jesus wholeheartedly.
TRACY STRICKLAND
ELDER
Tracy serves as an Elder at Vineyard Church, where she helps guide the spiritual vision and direction of the community alongside a dedicated leadership team. As the Community Outreach & Events Coordinator, she loves creating welcoming spaces—both within the church and in the broader community—where people can experience the love and truth of God’s Word.
Tracy is also a faithful member of the Worship Team, helping lead the church in heartfelt praise, and serves on the Care Team, offering prayer, encouragement, and practical support to those in need. Originally from Mequon, WI, Tracy has been a follower of Jesus for as long as she can remember, but her faith truly came alive when she became part of Vineyard about seven years ago. Through worship, small groups, and serving, her relationship with God and the Holy Spirit has grown deeper and more personal.
Outside of church, Tracy works full-time at Kohl’s Corporate. She and her husband, Ron, live in Grafton with their two children—Mia and Judah— as well as their cat, Vic. Tracy enjoys jigsaw puzzles, listening to audiobooks, and crocheting in her downtime. She’s also an active volunteer at her kids' school and co-leads the Scholastic Book Fair. Tracy and her family are on a mission to visit all 50 states together, and they cherish their time with close friends—whether that’s at book club, game nights, or around a backyard fire. With extended family nearby, their lives are full of meaningful connections and shared memories.
