VINEYARD BOARD

ZAC CASPER

BOARD MEMBER

Zac serves as a member of the Board at Vineyard Church and volunteers alongside his wife, Stacy, in Vineyard Kids, where they enjoy helping children grow in their understanding of God’s love.

Originally from Adell, WI, Zac grew up in a Christian home and attended a Bible church from an early age—laying a strong foundation of faith that continues to guide his life and leadership.

Zac is married to Stacy, who works as a social worker for Sheboygan County. Together, they’re raising four energetic boys—all under the age of 9—which keeps life full and fun! Zac owns and operates CustomCraft Roofing in Oostburg, and when they’re not working or volunteering, the Casper family loves spending time outdoors biking, swimming, and boating.

STEVE DYKEMA

CHAIRMAN

Steve currently serves as President of the Board at Vineyard Church. Over the years, he has faithfully contributed to the life of the church through leading small groups, serving on mission teams to Belize, and participating in Vineyard’s School of Kingdom Ministry (SOKM). His steady leadership and heart for discipleship have been a blessing to the Vineyard community.

Originally from Milwaukee, Steve grew up primarily in the Ozaukee County area. He has been a Christian his entire life—baptized as an infant and raised in a Lutheran school environment. More than 16 years ago, he joined the Vineyard family after accepting an invitation to a small group hosted by Pat and Lisa Mulcahy. That experience marked the beginning of a deepening connection with God and the church community.

Steve enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his two sons and his parents. He finds refreshment and joy in the outdoors—hiking, biking, and traveling to national parks across the U.S. He also enjoys his work at Home Depot, where he helps customers bring their home improvement projects to life.

KRISTA MAXWELL

SECRETARY

Krista currently serves as Secretary of the Board at Vineyard Church and also volunteers in Vineyard Kids, where she enjoys investing in the next generation and helping them grow in their faith.

Born in St. Louis and raised mostly in Mequon, WI, Krista grew up attending a Methodist church and participating in Sunday school, VBS, and youth mission trips. After a season of questioning and spiritual exploration during her college years, God revealed Himself in powerful and personal ways in early adulthood—especially during her journey to motherhood—drawing her back into a vibrant faith.

Krista and her husband, Pat, have two young daughters, Norah and Skylar. Since becoming a mom, Krista has embraced the stay-at-home life, pouring her creativity and care into her family. Before kids, she worked in a variety of writing and editing roles, including as a newspaper reporter, manager, and grant writer at an aquarium.

In her free time, Krista enjoys reading, creative writing, playing piano, yoga and Pilates, indulging in dark chocolate, and the occasional leisurely jog. She brings warmth, thoughtfulness, and a deep love for God and others into every space she’s part of.

MIKAELA PLEITNER

VICE CHAIR

Mikela loves serving at Vineyard Church and currently holds the role of Vice President on the Board of Directors. She also volunteers in the Nursery and with V-Kids, where she finds great joy in caring for and encouraging the youngest members of the church family.

Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Mikela began following Jesus in middle school after a friend invited her to youth group. That invitation changed her life—leading to regular church attendance, involvement in youth activities, and even joining the church drama club. Her faith has continued to grow ever since.

Mikela is married to Jonathan, and together they have two daughters who keep life fun and full. She works as a Materials Sourcing Manager for Kohl’s Corporate and loves staying active through weightlifting, kickboxing, and gymnastics. Whether in leadership, ministry, or movement, Mikela brings energy, commitment, and a heart for others to all she does.

TOM LANHAM

BOARD MEMBER

Tom serves as the co-Lead Pastor at Vineyard Church, where he helps guide the spiritual direction of the church and care for its people through teaching, leadership, and discipleship. In addition to his pastoral role, Tom also volunteers in various ways—serving on the Board and as one of the Elders—bringing wisdom, vision, and a servant’s heart to each area.

Originally from Northwest Indiana, Tom had a strong foundation of faith growing up, especially through his involvement in youth group. As an adult, he felt a deep hunger to know Jesus more personally and to understand what it truly means to have a relationship with Him—something that has shaped his life and ministry ever since.

Tom is married to Julie, and together they are blessed with two children and two wonderful grandchildren who bring great joy to their lives. He’s passionate about classic cars, flying, and lifelong learning, and he brings that same sense of curiosity and passion to his leadership and relationships within the Vineyard community.

PAT MULCAHY

BOARD MEMBER

Pat is the founding pastor of Vineyard Church and has worn many hats over the years—from shaping the church’s overall vision, to teaching, to leading the staff team. His steady leadership and heart for discipleship have been foundational to the life and growth of the Vineyard community.

Originally from Melrose, WI, and raised primarily in Madison, Pat became a follower of Jesus during the charismatic renewal of the 1970s. Several high school classmates shared their faith with him and encouraged him in his walk with Christ—an experience that left a lasting impact.

Pat has been married to Lisa since 1979, and together they have four adult children and (so far) five grandchildren. He treasures time with family and finds joy in simple pleasures—reading, hiking, birding, and kayaking. Pat continues to be a faithful presence and wise guide within the church, helping others grow in faith and follow Jesus wholeheartedly.

DAVID WAGNER

TREASURER

David serves as the Church Treasurer at Vineyard, where he carefully reviews the church’s financial records and provides clear, insightful summaries to the Church Board. His steady presence and financial expertise help support the mission and integrity of the church’s operations.

Originally from Thief River Falls, Minnesota, David began his faith journey as a college student searching for truth and meaning. One day, while alone outdoors, the name Jesus came to mind—and that moment led him to seek out the Jesus People, who helped him come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior.

Now retired, David previously worked as a financial advisor to local governments throughout Wisconsin. He is widowed and remarried, and together with his wife shares a beautifully blended family of six children, along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. One of David’s favorite things to do is take short and long drives with his wife—visiting new places, connecting with people, and enjoying the journey together.
